This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds, cancellations, and changes to bookings. By booking a tour with CanadaBandy LLC, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Cancellations and Refunds
Refund Eligibility:

Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 30 days before the scheduled tour departure date, you are eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable fees (such as administrative or processing fees).

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable fees.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour departure are non-refundable, as the tour is considered confirmed and we are unable to rebook your space on short notice.

Non-Refundable Fees:
Certain services, such as custom bookings, special requests, and processing fees, may be non-refundable. You will be informed of any non-refundable charges at the time of booking.

Changes to Bookings
Rescheduling Your Tour:
If you need to reschedule your tour, please notify us at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability is subject to the new tour’s schedule and may involve additional fees depending on the nature of the change.

Changes Due to Force Majeure:
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events), CanadaBandy LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify tours. In such cases, we will offer you the option of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost, provided that the cancellation or modification is not due to actions that were foreseeable at the time of booking.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days from the approval of your refund request. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

No Refunds for No-Shows or Early Departures
Refunds will not be issued for guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour or who leave the tour early for any reason.
